In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need to make your holiday complete. The property is 270 meters from the Winterberg Bobsleigh Track and 290 meters from the summer toboggan run. The apartment is also located in a fantastic natural environment and mountain bike and hiking trails start right outside the door. Within walking distance are many different restaurants where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. Winterberg town center is a few kilometers from the property. You can go here for daily necessities, for shopping or for a nice drink or meal in one of the cafes or restaurants.

This modern apartment on the 3rd floor features a hall that leads to various rooms. The living area includes a sitting section with a corner sofa and smart TV, a dining area for five, and a spacious open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle, and toaster.

The apartment has one bedroom, accommodating up to four people with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a bunk bed (90x200 cm). The bedroom includes blackout window coverings, a large wardrobe, and additional storage in the living room.

The bathroom features a shower cubicle with rain and hand showers, a toilet, a vanity with sink and mirror, and a large towel radiator. The 6m² south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view and seating for two. Additional amenities include a ski/bicycle shed, a garage, and optional public parking nearby.
