Children can revel in running and playing while exploring the pond. For the convenience of the entire family, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The finca comprises two buildings situated under the same roof. The main house, spanning two stories, features a total of two living rooms, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms, accommodating a total of 12 individuals. The attached house includes an additional living room, a bedroom, and a sofa, providing sleeping arrangements for up to four more people.

The ground floor of the main house consists of a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and a spacious dining table. The independent kitchen is equipped with a vitro hob and offers direct access to the porch, where delightful meals can be easily served in the outdoor dining area. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. A staircase leads to a second cozy living room with a fireplace and satellite TV. Here, three more bedrooms are located: two with twin beds each and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a common-use toilet on this floor. We can provide two baby beds, two highchairs, and five fans. The entire house is equipped with central heating for colder days.

-We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
