The maximum number of people is not allowed to be exceeded (including babies).</li><li>If the above rules are not followed, LA SAPINIÈRE reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.</li><li>No pets are allowed in Type A. One pet is allowed in Types B, C, D, and E. Two pets are allowed in Types F6, F6Luxe, F8, F8 Plus, and F16.</li></ul>
Arrival and Pool Usage
<ul><li>Upon arrival at the park, you will receive free entrance tickets for the Aqua Nat’Our pool (max. 3 hours per day) at the reception.</li><li>In the sports and leisure complex, you will receive a wristband that registers the time of arrival, departure, and any extras such as additional hours, sauna, fitness, food, and drink.</li><li>When leaving the complex, the wristbands will be scanned, and you can pay for any extra services by cash or card.</li></ul>
Long-Term Bookings
<ul><li>Business and/or long-term bookings are allowed for a maximum stay of 15 nights. Bookings exceeding 15 nights must be reserved directly at the park, where different prices may apply.</li><li>Additional conditions: Maximum occupancy of 1 person per bedroom. The use of bed linen is always mandatory (changed every 14 days, €8 per person per change).</li><li>A mandatory cleaning service is required every 14 days. The cost depends on the booked house type.</li></ul>
Deposits and Electricity
<ul><li>A deposit is charged at check-in:</li><ul><li>€150 for most types.</li><li>€250 for Type F16.</li></ul><li>The cost for average electricity consumption is included. Renovation Notice
<ul><li>Starting October 7, 2024, the outdoor pool will be renovated.</li><li>Work will take place Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, excluding:</li><ul><li>October 19 – November 3, 2024.</li><li>December 20, 2024 – January 12, 2025.</li></ul><li>Work is expected to finish by mid-April 2025.</li><li>The park will minimize disturbances and block views of construction with fences and covers.</li></ul>
The AquaNat’Our indoor pool will remain accessible during normal hours.
