The suite also has a pop up baby bed as and when required (guests would need to bring their own sheets for this).</li><li>Bedroom 3 has a double bed.</li><li>On the same floor is the properties two bathrooms, the first is a complete bathroom suite with a shower unit, WC and basin. The second bathroom has a shower and basin only.</li></ul>
On the second floor
<ul><li>Beautifully decorated living room featuring a fireplace, 3 person sofa and 2 single chairs, flat screen TV, with International Channels and DVD Player. The living room also boasts a balcony with stunning lake views. The living room also offers a dining table for 7 persons.</li><li>The properties kitchen is in a separate room off of the living/dining area and features a range cooker with gas hob, electric kettle, microwave and a full crockery and dining set, perfect for a self catering holiday.</li><li>There is also the 4th bedroom which has a single bed and there is the option for an additional single bed to be made up, guests please ensure to let us know that this is required.</li></ul>
The third floor

The property also benefits from being on the lake shore provide a real feeling of being on the water. There is also an outdoor lounge area which is in a shaded position perfect for a break from the midday sun during the summer months.</li></ul>
